Third arrest made during ongoing investigation of convenience stores selling illegal prescription drugs

As a result of the ongoing investigation into the sale of illegal prescription drugs at area convenience stores, agents of the Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement (DATE) arrested Damian D. Garcia, 31 of Frankford who is the owner of Danny’s Pizzeria located at 48 N. Main Street in Selbyville.

He was charged with Operating a Pharmacy without a License and Delivery of Non-Controlled Prescription Medication. Danny’s Pizzeria was the subject of a recent search warrant executed by DATE agents on August 26th where several illegal prescription medications were seized. He was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court #3 and released on a $1500.00 unsecured bond.
