Memorial Day Services: May 28th & May 30th

When/Where: Saturday, May 28th, 2016 @ 10:30AM  Parade Field Grounds of the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2465 Chesapeake CityRoad, Bear, DE 19701.

When/Where: Monday, May 30th, 2016 @ 10:30AM   War Memorial Plaza, Delaware Memorial Bridge, New Castle, DE 19721.

 There are countless quotes and statements that display the gratitude many have for our service members who paid the ultimate price for our freedom. Please join the Delaware Commission of Veterans Affairs when we show our appreciation to all the men and women who have sacrificed the most. We would like to extend this invitation to our fellow Delawareans and our neighboring states in paying tribute to all our deceased veterans on this most solemn day. The service held on May 28th will be hosted by the Veterans of Foreign Wars -VFW. The next service held on May 30th will be hosted by the Korean War Veterans Association -KWVA.
