After signing a Fiscal Year 2015 budget that fully funded the state’s new urban revitalization program, Governor Jack Markell announced the release of a draft application for cities, towns, and unincorporated areas to be designated among Delaware’s first Downtown Development Districts.
Program highlights include candle-dipping workshops, Nipper the dog and Dutch-American Heritage Day.
