- Settlement Reached in Overprescribing Case Secretary of State Jeffrey Bullock has signed an order to accept a consent decree setting forth numerous requirements that Dr. Patrick Titus must satisfy before he is allowed to resume prescribing controlled substances. April 17, 2012
- Secretary of State Releases 2011 Corporations Annual Report Secretary of State Jeffrey W. Bullock has released the 2011 Annual Report for the Delaware Division of Corporations. Delaware remains the chosen home of more than half of all U.S. publicly traded companies. At the end of 2011, there were over 945,000 active business entities in the state, a 4% increase from 2010. Overall new entity formation in 2011 grew 13% to 133,297. April 9, 2012
- Delaware’s Bill of Rights Returns to the Delaware Public Archives Appearing in Delaware for the first time in three years, Delaware’s copy of the Bill of Rights is now on display in the Charter Room of the Delaware Public Archives. The document will be on display until July 2, 2012.April 3, 2012
