An investigation by the Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit has led to the arrest of 57-year-old Angela Coverdale, of Wilmington, a certified nursing assistant formerly employed at the Emily Bissell Hospital, a long-term care nursing home located in New Castle County.
