assistance of Delaware State Police Troopers and DelDOT staff, include signage and yard toys
displayed on the property.
“The community should not be faced with the visual reminder of their pain as they go
about their daily lives,” Attorney General Biden said. “We hope that removing these outward
displays promoting Dr. Bradley’s practice, including toys, figurines, vehicles, a lighted sign and
billboard is a small step in helping the Lewes community begin the healing process.”
The removal and storage of items from the Baybees property was completed today. The
Attorney General initiated this action with the agreement of Bradley’s legal counsel.
The Delaware Department of Justice continues to provide services for victims and their
families in this case. Parents or caregivers of current or former patients should call the Delaware

Monday through Friday and from 10:00 a.m – 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays to request a copy of their
child’s pediatric file. Parents can also visit this office, at 105 W 4th Street, to share information
about the investigation and to be connected with counseling and other services that are available.
Individuals who have information to provide in this case are urged to call Delaware State
Police detectives at (302) 856-5850, ext. 216. Parents of patients or former patients of Dr.
Bradley, regardless of the age or gender of the child, are asked to come forward.
Yesterday afternoon, Attorney General Biden ordered Delaware Department of
Justice personnel to begin removing and storing certain items from the outside of Dr. Earl
