As a guest host for the Governor’s weekly message, filmed at Evraz Claymont Steel, Collin O’Mara, Secretary for the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, highlights the new air pollution control system at Evraz and its positive impact on the local community.
“It was a multi-million dollar investment,” said Secretary O’Mara. “It’s going to improve the quality of life for local residents, improve the quality of life for the workers, increase productivity and make this plant much more competitive for decades to come. It’s an example that we can have a strong manufacturing sector and at the same time have a very healthy economy.”
