Colonial School District residents can vote at a Polling Place in the Carvel State Office Building

Wilmington DE – The Department of Elections for New Castle County has a Polling Place for today’s (June 4th) Colonial School District Referendum on the mezzanine of the Carvel State Office Building in downtown Wilmington. Persons eligible to vote in the referendum may vote there between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.

“The Department has been doing this for the past few years so that folks working in downtown Wilmington have a convenient place in which to participate in these important elections,” according to Anthony Albence the Department’s Director.

In order to vote a person must be 18 years old, a U. S. and Delaware citizen, live in the school district and MUST show proof of identity and address.
