Wilmington – Attorney General Beau Biden issued the following statement following today’s confirmation by the Delaware State Senate of Chancellor Leo E. Strine, Jr. of the Court of Chancery as the next Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court:
“I would like to congratulate Chancellor Strine on his confirmation today as the next Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court. Our State’s judiciary will be well served by his able leadership.”
