Two work release offenders sought by Department of Correction

Dover – The Delaware Department of Correction is currently searching for two work release offenders assigned to the Sussex Community Corrections Center in Georgetown and the Plummer Community Corrections Center in Wilmington.

On June 17, 2015 Offender David Blunt, currently assigned to the Plummer Community Corrections Center, was participating in a supervised community service crew near the facility when he fled the crew in the direction of North Market Street. Immediate and ongoing efforts have been made to locate and apprehend Blunt and an escape warrant for his arrest has been issued. His current whereabouts are unknown.

Immediate and ongoing efforts have been made to locate and apprehend Lankford and an escape warrant for her arrest has been issued. Her current whereabouts are unknown.
