Wilmington, DE – In his weekly message, Governor Markell highlights four new milestones reached in conjunction with the Delaware Bayshore, including the preservation of a key wetland and opening of a new walking trail and ADA-accessible viewing platform on the property.
“Preserving and using these natural resources provides tremendous opportunities to enhance the quality of life in our state and strengthen our economy,” said Governor Markell. “I invite you to explore the Delaware Bayshore and its wild and scenic landscape. With your help, we’ll create an appreciation of our precious natural resources, while continuing to grow our economy, and that will keep Delaware moving forward.
