“Totem” focuses exclusively on paintings of crows and ravens. Yeoman spent years feeding and studying these birds. Her paintings explore her observations and relationships with the crows and ravens, which she sees as symbols of the unconscious and of our freer selves.

The exhibition will be on view from Dec. 2-30, with an opening reception on Friday, Dec. 2, from 5-7 p.m. The reception is free and open to the public. Yeoman is an award-winning watercolorist who paints a variety of subjects from landscapes to still lifes to city streets.

The Mezzanine Gallery is located in the Carvel State Office Building, 820 N. French St., Wilmington, DE 19801 and open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
