Governor Markell today ordered both the U.S. and State flags to be flown at half-staff in memory of fallen Wilmington Senior Firefighter Ardythe Hope. Senior Firefighter Hope passed away from her injuries as a result of battling a blaze in Wilmington the morning of September 24.
Flags are to remain at half-staff until further notice.
