Flags are currently at half-staff in memory of Dover Police Corporal Thomas Hannon. Services for Corporal Hannon are scheduled for Friday and Saturday of this weekend. In addition, Monday is Patriot Day and National Day of Service and Remembrance, a day flags are flown at half-staff across the country in remembrance of those who perished as a result of the events of September 11, 2001. Therefore, flags are to be returned to full staff the morning of Tuesday, September 12.
