Saturday, November 4th will be packed full of great events honoring our veterans in Delaware. We have the Veterans Day Parade in the morning and the WWI Monument Dedication Ceremony promptly afterwards. The two early events should allow folks ample time to get ready for the 4th Annual Delaware Veterans Trust Fund Dinner. Dave Skocik, president of Delaware Friends of Veterans, Inc., and board members have been advocating and raising money throughout the year with various events. The dinner is one of our biggest events in raising funds for Delaware veterans in times of need.
Tickets are $100 per person/plate.

Deadline for dinner reservations: 10/27. Please pick up tickets at Will Call table at the event. No tickets will be sold at the door.

The Delaware Veterans Trust, Inc., is a nonprofit corporation as defined by the laws of the State of Delaware. The purpose of Delaware Veterans Trust is to provide financial assistance or grants to assist Delaware Veterans with health care requirements; housing assistance, including utilities, and educational or training programs.
100% of contributions go to prescreened, honorably discharged Delaware veterans and their families in verified financial emergency.
Donations are tax-deductible. Money is not handed to recipients. Their bills are paid directly to creditors by the screening committee after they are approved for payment.
