State Auditor, R. Thomas Wagner, Jr. has released the Medicaid Cost Reports and Nursing Wage Surveys examination reports for the period ended June 30, 2015, for the following facilities:
- Delaware Veterans Home
- Kentmere Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center
- Regency Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center
- Silver Lake Center
- Silverside Healthcare Services, LLC
The examinations were conducted per Federal (42 CFR 447.253) and State (Title XIX Delaware Medicaid State Plan, Attachment 4.19-D) requirements.
The certified public accounting firm of BDO USA, LLP performed the work under the direction of the Office of Auditor of Accounts, in accordance with 29 Del. C. Section 2906.
