Governor Carney orders Flags at Half Staff for Victims of Shootings in California

This morning President Trump ordered American flags at all U.S. government buildings and facilities to be flown at half-staff until sunset on November 10, 2018 as a mark of solemn respect for the victims of the terrible act of violence perpetrated in Thousand Oaks, California, on November 7, 2018.

In concurrence with the President’s order and as an expression of Delaware’s sympathy for the victims of the attack, Governor Carney has ordered both the U.S. and Delaware flags at state buildings and facilities be flown at half-staff until sunset on November 10, 2018.
