On Tuesday, March 12, 2019, Governor Carney and the Family Services Cabinet Council hosted a Community Discussion at the Route 9 Library & Innovation Center in New Castle. The Council discussed progress on implementing Executive Order #24, the Christina School District Memorandum of Understanding, and how we can use data to coordinate across agencies and better serve Delaware families.
