Following the signing of the toll increase resolution by Secretary of Transportation Shanté Hastings and the passage of HB 164 by the Delaware General Assembly, the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) has begun work to implement the toll increases and new DMV fees. These increases will provide the department with an estimated $107 million annually in additional revenue to support needed investments in infrastructure statewide.
