WILMINGTON, Del. — In accordance with President Trump’s order and as a mark of respect for the life and legacy of Dolly Parton, Governor Matt Meyer has ordered that both the American and Delaware flags be flown at half-staff at all state buildings and facilities for a one-week period, beginning today, August 25, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
