On Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., the Delaware Public Archives will host November’s First Saturday Program: Property Research Guide.
Presented by Delaware Public Archives reference archivist Maria Myer, this program will teach participants how to research the history and prior ownership of Delaware property using Delaware land records.
The session will also include an exploration of Recorder of Deeds websites, deed terminology, effective note-taking, and additional resources — such as maps and Chancery Court records — that are available at the Delaware Public Archives.
The program is free and open to the public.
