DOVER (June 22, 2018) – Delaware’s Advisory Council on Wildlife and Freshwater Fish meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 26 has been canceled.

The next scheduled meeting will be held at 7 p.m., Tuesday, July 31, in DNREC’s R&R Building Auditorium, 89 Kings Highway, Dover, DE 19901.

Delaware Advisory Council on Recreational Fishing Funding to meet April 24 in Dover

DOVER – Delaware’s Advisory Council on Recreational Fishing Funding will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 24, in the Senate Hearing Room of the Legislative Hall, 411 Legislative Avenue, Dover, DE 19901.

The Council will discuss the status of recreational fishing funds, the status of fishing access projects financed by the recreational funding, and other topics.

Recycling Public Advisory Council to meet Feb. 28 in Wilmington

DOVER – Delaware’s Recycling Public Advisory Council (RPAC) will meet at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 28 at the Delaware Solid Waste Authority’s Cherry Island Facility, 1706 East 12th Street, Wilmington, DE 19809. The RPAC meeting agenda can be found on the Delaware Public Meeting Calendar.

The Recycling Public Advisory Council was enacted into law by Senate Bill 234 in May 2010, and charged with advising the Governor’s Office, the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, and the Delaware Solid Waste Authority on all aspects of recycling, including: development of grant criteria and selection of applications; a methodology for measuring recycling rates; and possible outreach activities designed to achieve higher recycling rates.

DOVER – Delaware’s Advisory Council on Wildlife and Freshwater Fish will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 30, in the DNREC Auditorium, at 89 Kings Highway, in Dover.

The Council will discuss the proposed 2018/19 migratory game bird seasons, proposed expansion of waterfowl hunting opportunities at Ted Harvey Conservation Area and hunting and trapping license and Conservation Access Pass sales and revenues.
