DNREC the Delaware Division of Public Health are now accepting project proposals from state, county and municipal governments, and conservation districts, for matching grants for wastewater, surface water, and drinking water project planning.




State awards grants to summer, afterschool programs

The Delaware Department of Education has awarded five new grants for afterschool and summer programs under the federal Every Student Succeeds Act.

The 21st Century Community Learning Center (CCLC) program grants are designed to provide students with enrichment activities to improve the academic success of students from Title I schools. Schools are designated as Title I based on high percentage of students who come from low-income families. The money comes from federal funds.




DNREC, Public Health now accepting proposals for wastewater, surface water, and drinking water planning grants

The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control’s Division of Watershed Stewardship and Office of Environmental Finance, and the Delaware Division of Public Health are now accepting project proposals from state, county and municipal governments, and conservation districts for matching grants for wastewater, surface water, and drinking water project planning. Proposals must be received by 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 28, 2018.




DNREC’s Division of Energy & Climate to hold public workshops Oct. 30 and 31 on new energy efficiency industrial grants

DNREC’s Division of Energy & Climate will host two public workshops to discuss updates to the Energy Efficiency Investment Fund (EEIF), and to announce the launch of a new program, Energy Efficiency Industrial (E2I) grants.
