What: Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden will hold a press conference Monday to announce new action his office is taking to advocate for the interests of Delawareans in the Florida court case involving the Alfred I. duPont Testamentary Trust, which funds The Nemours Foundation.  Earlier this year, the Duvall County Circuit Court agreed to make Biden’s office a party to the case, in which the Trustees of the Alfred I. duPont Testamentary Trust are seeking to amend governing documents of the Trust (see press release copied immediately below). 

When: Monday, June 18, 10:00 a.m.

Where: Attorney General’s Conference Room, Sixth Floor, Carvel State Office Building, Wilmington.
