Department of Correction searching for Wilmington work release offender

Wilmington – The Delaware Department of Correction announces that it is currently searching for a work release offender assigned to the Plummer Community Corrections Center in Wilmington.

Late yesterday evening, Wednesday, September 9, Charles Taylor failed to return to the facility from an approved work pass. Attempts to make contact with him were immediately undertaken. Ongoing efforts to locate Taylor have been unsuccessful and an escape warrant for his arrest has been issued.
