Per US flag Code, both the US and Delaware flags are to be lowered to half staff due to the passing of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
The US Flag Code requires flags to remain at half-staff until the day of Justice Ginsburg’s interment. As that date has not yet been determined, subsequent notification will be sent to advise when flags are to returned to full staff.
