Program explores Washington’s 110 Rules of Civility and Decent Behavior and discusses how they were practiced by subsequent American presidents together with their relevance to contemporary American politics.
African American History Month programs among 13 special events at State of Delaware museums in February
Highlights include programs on the Underground Railroad, black recording artists and record labels from the early 20th century, and First African Baptist Church cemeteries in Philadelphia.
