The Delaware Department of Justice announced today that it has joined a nationwide
settlement resolving a lawsuit against Airborne Health, Inc., (“Airborne”) the Florida-based maker of the
dietary supplement Airborne Effervescent Health Formula, along with its founders and current owners.

Today, the Delaware Department of Justice announced that it has reached an agreement with Mattel, Inc. and its subsidiary, Fisher-Price, Inc., following a 16-month investigation into the events that led to the voluntary 2007 recall of the company’s toys for excessive lead paint.
