Attorney General Beau Biden today announced that his office has secured a 34-count criminal indictment charging multiple defendants with home improvement fraud, theft, and conspiracy in a scheme that targeted elderly New Castle County residents.

The Mid-Atlantic Regional Planning Body (MidA RPB) invites the public to provide input on the Draft Mid-Atlantic Regional Ocean Planning Framework by participating in a listening session.
Delaware’s representatives to the MidA RPB will host a public listening session from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 27 at DNREC’s Shoreline and Waterway Services Facility, 901 Pilottown Road, Lewes, DE 19958
