Offender flees during weekend pass from work release center

The Delaware Department of Correction announces that an offender has failed to return from an authorized weekend pass issued by the Plummer Community Corrections Center in Wilmington. Repeated and ongoing attempts to make contact have been unsuccessful and at this time the offender’s whereabouts are unknown.
