Promoting Successful Transition Outcomes for All!!

March 30, 2021, from 4 to 6 pm

You MUST Register BEFORE  March 28th

  • A program booklet, which will list all of the participating service providers, will be sent out to those who have registered beginning on March 23rd.  
  • You will also receive an updated event program on March 29th with all of the event directions and Zoom links for the virtual transition fair.

This opportunity will provide information and resources to transitioning youth ages 14-21 years of age with IEP’s, and their families and caregivers to help plan for future employment, education/training, adult living and wellness.

4:00 to 4:30 ~ Keynote Speakers

4:30 to 6:00 ~ Opportunities to attend individual vendor Zoom Rooms to learn about the available resources and support services.  All from the comfort of your home.  

For all preregistered attendees there will be a raffle with door prizes!
