DOVER, Del. (September 13, 2024) – The Delaware Office of Highway Safety (OHS), Delaware State Police, and local law enforcement partnered to conduct a Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Checkpoint on Friday, September 6, 2024, in the Milford area from 10:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.

Checkpoint Results:

The results of this checkpoint proved it to be a successful enforcement with a total of 4 DUI arrests. Driving under the influence of any substance is dangerous and illegal. Be responsible and make a plan to get a safe and sober ride home. One simple choice can help save lives and avoid the consequences of a DUI.
