Free and Reduced-Price Meal Policy: Annual Announcement
The Delaware Department of Education announces the U.S. Department of Agriculture policy for free and reduced-price meals for children unable to pay the full price for meals served under the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), School Breakfast Program (SBP), and After School Snack Program (ASSP). Each participating school and its administrative office have a copy of the policy, which may be reviewed by any interested party.
Future Health Professionals Bring Home Honors
More than 140 students and advisors from across Delaware joined more than 12,000 other members at the 47th annual HOSA-Future Health Professionals International Leadership Conference in Houston last week. Emergency Sirens Test on July 2
The Delaware Emergency Management Agency (DEMA), the Delaware State Police, and Public Service Enterprise Group Inc. (PSEG), will conduct a quarterly test of the Salem/Hope Creek Nuclear Generating Stations Alert and Notification system on Tuesday, July 2, at 7:20 p.m.
