Magnolia man arrested by DNREC Fish & Wildlife Natural Resources Police for weapons possession by a person prohibited and multiple deer hunting violations

A DNREC Fish & Wildlife Natural Resources Police investigation culminated Dec. 4 with the arrest of a Magnolia man for multiple deer hunting violations and charges related to possession of firearms, deadly weapons, and ammunition by a person prohibited.




Seaford man pleads guilty to felony resisting arrest in connection with assault on DNREC Fish & Wildlife Natural Resources Police officer

A Seaford man who assaulted a DNREC Fish & Wildlife Natural Resources Police officer Oct. 3 after he was found trespassing after hours in the Nanticoke Wildlife Area plead guilty and received a jail sentence this month.
