DNREC Natural Resources Police Environmental Crimes Unit charges Frankford man with illegal dumping

DNREC Natural Resources Police Environmental Crimes Unit arrested a Frankford man June 1 and charged him with illegal dumping after evidence from trash found on Blueberry Lane near Frankford.
