Applications are now being accepted for the Business on Main Street Accelerator, a joint initiative between the Delaware Division of Small Business (DSB) and Launcher. The 8-week program includes 6 virtual sessions and 2 in-person sessions in Dover, giving entrepreneurs the tools, strategies, and support to accelerate their business growth.
Fall 2026 EDGE Grant Competition & Webinar Begin Aug. 11

Division of Small Business Launches Office of Small Business Access, Announces Listening Tours in July and August
The Delaware Division of Small Business (DSB) launched the new Office of Small Business Access (OSBA), creating a single point of contact to help entrepreneurs navigate state government and connect with the resources they need to start, grow, and succeed. With the launch of OSBA, business owners can now report regulatory, licensing, and permitting challenges as well as request assistance at business.delaware.gov/osba.
Governor Meyer and DSB Announce Winners of Spring 2026 EDGE 2.0 Grant Competition
The excitement level was high as Governor Matt Meyer, and the Delaware Division of Small Business (DSB) announced the winners of the Spring 2026 EDGE 2.0 Grant Competition. EDGE, the Division’s flagship pitch and funding competition, stands for Encouraging Development, Growth and Expansion. Nine awards totaling $1.15M dollars, were presented to Delaware small businesses in a ceremony at Delaware Technical Community College’s Owen Campus in Georgetown Tuesday evening.
