In recent weeks, Toyota has announced recalls nationwide concerning floor mat pedal entrapment issues, sticking accelerator pedals, and ABS software updates. “Car owners should not bear the financial burden of paying expensive repairs and transportation costs that result from these recalls,” Attorney General Biden stated. “We will continue to address any consumer issues that arise.” The Delaware Department of Justice partnered with other states to secure this commitment.
