Dover – Today I had the great honor of taking the oath of office as Delaware’s 26th Lieutenant Governor. I look forward to working with our new Governor, John Carney, in helping to make Delaware a healthier and stronger state. In order to help me accomplish the many goals we have set out to achieve, I have asked Keith Warren to join me as my Chief of Staff. Keith brings with him sixteen years of service in state government and has a deep understanding of how it works.

Keith, a Sussex County native, formerly served as a senior adviser to former Attorney General Beau Biden and also as the Director of Legislative and External Affairs for the Department of Justice. He was closely involved in many of the legislative accomplishments Attorney General Biden achieved during his time in office. In addition, he served as a legislative liaison and policy adviser to former Governor Ruth Ann Minner. Keith will be an asset to me as we set out to hit the ground running and work toward fulfilling the goals we campaigned on for all Delawareans.

In addition, Bryan Gordon will serve as my Deputy Chief of Staff.

Bryan most recently served as Campaign Manager during my run for Lt. Governor. Prior to that, Bryan served in the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services as a Community Relations Officer for the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health. He has also served as a Legislative Aide to Senator Hall-Long and Senator Sokola where he helped lead a number of health related policy initiatives. Bryan currently resides in New Castle County.
Bryan brings a wide range of knowledge from his work in both local and state government. His experience working with the people of Delaware on the issues that matter most will be an extremely valuable to me as Lt. Governor.

Their experience will be invaluable to me and I look forward to working with them both.
