DNREC has confirmed a new state record in the Delaware Sport Fishing Tournament: a 36-pound, 3.2-ounce blue catfish.




EBT Card Transactions Will Be Unavailable Early Sunday Morning in Delaware as DHSS Transitions to New Vendor

With the Department of Health and Social Services’ Division of Social Services transitioning to a new Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) vendor this weekend, Delaware food benefit clients will not be able to access their benefits via their EBT cards from midnight Saturday, Aug. 12, through 8:30 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 13.

Natural Resources Police officers made 1,197 contacts with anglers, boaters and the general public between July 24 and July 30, including 111 vessel boardings for boating safety and fishing regulation compliance checks, issuing 121 citations.
