DOVER – Delaware’s Advisory Council on Wildlife and Freshwater Fish will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 30 in the DNREC Auditorium, 89 Kings Highway, Dover, DE 19901. The Council will discuss public proposals regarding predator hunting at night and changes to the fox trapping season. Delaware Recycling Public Advisory Council to meet Wednesday, May 1 in Dover

DOVER – Delaware’s Recycling Public Advisory Council (RPAC) will meet at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 1, at DNREC’s State Street Commons Offices located at 100 W. Water Street, Dover, DE 19904. The RPAC meeting agenda can be found on the state’s Public Meeting Calendar. The Recycling Public Advisory Council was enacted into law by Senate Bill 234 in May 2010, and charged with advising the Governor’s Office, the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, and the Delaware Solid Waste Authority on all aspects of recycling, including: methodology for measuring recycling rates; development of grant criteria and selection of applications; and possible outreach activities designed to achieve higher recycling rates.
