Attorney General Biden to receive information on sex offenders who use MySpace

MySpace has agreed to turn over the names and other identifying information of convicted sex offenders who use the popular social networking website, Attorney General Joseph R. Biden, III announced today.

Today Attorney General Joseph R. Biden III, and Colm F. Connolly, United States Attorney for the District of Delaware, announced that the State of Delaware and the United States (“the government”) have reached a $550,000 settlement with Green Valley Pavilion, LLC (“Green Valley”) concerning alleged fraudulent billing involving the Delaware Medicaid Program.
