DUI Checkpoint Set for January 27th

Dover – Thirty-nine (39) people were arrested New Year’s Eve weekend for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) of alcohol and/or drugs according to preliminary reports from state and local law enforcement agencies and the Office of Highway Safety.

Delaware citizens overwhelming supported today’s Gun Buy Back turning in thousands of firearms. Delaware State troopers, Wilmington police and New Castle County police collected a variety of firearms including assault weapons, handguns, shotguns, and rifles at two locations.
