DNREC’s Division of Air Quality will hold three public workshops later this month to share information with Delawareans on climate change, the EPA’s Clean Power Plan (CPP) and how Delaware plans to comply with it, as well as how to take advantage of grants and other programs offered by DNREC’s Division of Energy & Climate.
In accordance with 29 Delaware Code, Section 10407, the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control is conducting a review of agency regulations that have not been amended during the last four years. A listing of regulations subject to this review can be found on DNREC’s website. The three-month review period began Aug. 4 and concludes Nov. 4.
DNREC Division of Energy & Climate sets public workshops Sept. 9 and 12 on Delmarva Power Green Energy Fund solar incentives
The DNREC Division of Energy & Climate will host two public workshops Sept. 9 and 12 on renewable energy incentives offered by the Green Energy Fund for Delmarva Power & Light (DPL). The Green Energy Fund provides grants to DPL customers for small scale solar and geothermal installations.
DNREC will hold three public workshops in September to introduce draft Universal Recycling Regulations for Delaware. The informal workshops will be held in each county, offering an opportunity to learn about and discuss the draft regulations.
DNREC continues soliciting comments on older regulations during department’s regulatory review process
DNREC is conducting a review of agency regulations that have not been amended during the last four years. Public comments are welcome, via comment form, email, regular mail or public hearings.
