DOVER, Del. – This evening, Lt. Governor Denn will deliver the Commencement Address to the Dover High School Class of 2014. New District-Wide Elementary School Breakfast Program Announcement

Eating breakfast in the classroom has been a proven way to increase participation which increases grades, test scores, and positive behavior throughout the day. Across the country, eating breakfast in the classroom has also reduced tardiness, absenteeism, childhood obesity, and disciplinary issues.
