Biden’s office sponsors three prescription drug drop-off sites for Saturday “Take Back” events

Attorney General Beau Biden’s office is sponsoring three consumer prescription drug drop-off sites Saturday, September 27, in support of Prescription Drug Take-Back Day, a national effort to reduce prescription drug abuse. Take-Back Day is sponsored by the federal Drug Enforcement Administration, in conjunction with state and local law enforcement and healthcare organizations, and Biden’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit is sponsoring three drop-off sites out of thirty sites offered statewide.

More than half of Delaware public school graduates who enrolled in in-state colleges in 2012 were placed in remedial courses, according to data released by the Delaware Department of Education.

Biden’s office brings hate crime, other more serious charges against three juveniles for assault of a Newark-area man

Prosecutors today filed additional, more serious charges against three juveniles recently charged with the assault of a 26 year-old Newark-area man who suffers from a neurodevelopmental disorder. The three juveniles were initially arrested by New Castle County Police earlier this month after videos appeared on social media websites documenting their alleged assault of the victim.
