23 graduate from state Probation and Parole training academy

At a ceremony today at the Department of Correction’s Employee Development Center, 23 recruits graduated from the Basic Officer Training Course (BOTC) which prepares Probation and Parole Officers to supervise offenders serving sentences of probation.
