OMB Announces Schedule for Review of Regulations

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is currently accepting comments and will hold a series of public hearings on three OMB regulations in accordance with the regulatory review provisions of HB 147 of the 148th General Assembly.

Comments will be accepted through November 1 for the following regulations:
• 4102 Regulations for the Annual Prequalification of Contractors and Subcontractors
• 4104 Regulations for the Drug Testing of Contractor and Subcontractor Employees Working on Large Public Works Projects
• Promoting, Maintaining and Controlling the Public Use of the Legislative Mall

Members of the public who would like to provide comments regarding these regulations can submit their comments via the following methods:
1. Online at : https://delaware.gov/help/public-comment.shtml?subj=omb
2. Email to Robert Scoglietti, OMB Director of Policy and External Affairs at: Robert.scoglietti@delaware.gov
