DNREC invites public to Oct. 2 open house on Fenwick Island State Park improvements

DNREC’s Division of Parks & Recreation will host a public open house from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2 to review potential improvements to Fenwick Island State Park as part of a public-private partnership.

Flag lowering for former Public Defender Larry Sullivan

Mr. Sullivan was appointed as the Chief Public Defender in 1970, serving 39 years when he retired in 2009. Under his direction, the Office of the Public Defender grew from 10 employees to a full-service law firm employing nearly 150 people and 70 attorneys.
