OMC Provides Update on License Lottery and Selected Applicants for Delaware’s Marijuana Industry

Following the recent public license lottery held by the Office of the Marijuana Commissioner (OMC) on October 24, 2024, the OMC is pleased to announce the official list of applicants selected to participate in Delaware’s regulated marijuana industry. This lottery marked a key step in the OMC’s fair and transparent licensing process.

The OMC has notified all selected applicants, who will now begin the supplemental application process in preparation for conditional licensing. Please note that winning lottery numbers are non-transferable. Pursuant to OMC’s regulations, only active licenses may be transferred.

The OMC will continue to provide updates as applicants progress through the final licensing stages. A detailed list of selected applicants is attached below, and next steps will be available on the OMC website. Further inquiries can be directed to the Office of the Marijuana Commissioner at OMC@delaware.gov.
