Students from across the state took home honors from the 89^th Delaware State FFA Convention in Dover on Tuesday.

Nearly 600 students, advisors, and judges representing business and industry throughout the state participated in state career and leadership development events during the Delaware State FFA Convention. Members demonstrated professionalism, leadership and skill attainment in 15 events.

The following Delaware FFA members were elected to serve on the State Officer Leadership Team for 2019 – 2020:

Timothy Mulderrig (Middletown) – President

Gillian Cannon (Seaford) – Vice President

Abby Edwards (Lake Forest) – Secretary

Larry “Trey” Thompson (Smyrna) – Treasurer

Emily Samick (Middletown) – Reporter

Jackson Sylvester (Lake Forest) – Sentinel
